Anne Stoudt, Attorney
Anne hit the ground running in November of 2015, when Stoudt Law was launched. Because of excellent service provided by Anne for several years prior, clients and medical professionals quickly turned to Stoudt Law for help with personal injury matters. The firm outgrew Anne’s home office within a matter of weeks, relocating to the Joshua Taylor Building in downtown Lake Elmo. The firm continues to grow and as it does, Anne makes sure to add whatever necessary resources necessary to maintain utmost efficiency, and ensure clients receive the highest quality of representation.
Anne Stoudt graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007. Anne has been licensed to practice in Minnesota state courts since 2007, and federal court since 2008. In her years of practice, Anne has specialized in business law and contract matters, estate planning, real estate transactions and banking matters, and personal injury law. Anne has chosen to focus on personal injury because it brings out her strengths of being a compassionate advisor for individuals, while at the same time being an aggressive and persuasive navigator of the legal system.
Amy Graham, Paralegal
Amy graduated with honors from Rasmussen College in 2010, with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Amy has worked as a paralegal focusing solely on personal injury law since 2012. Amy is involved with every client’s case, from the very first meeting. Amy not only helps to maintain communication with clients, but she also keeps in touch with each client’s providers. Amy is often the first to know if a particular bill has been denied by our client’s auto insurer, triggering the start of an arbitration procedure.
Amy also tracks each client’s medical expenses, so that we always know what charges have been incurred, what’s been paid and by whom, and what remains outstanding. One of Amy’s greatest strengths is her attention to detail, which is extremely important in her position because when it comes time to settle a case, the numbers must be perfect. Through her years of experience, Amy has become extremely familiar personal injury law. She is especially knowledgeable with respect to no-fault coverage, and the arbitration process. She knows when to recognize a red flag, triggering necessary action by Anne on a file.
